Completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Banking and Finance at Murdoch University. Also completed a Diploma of Financial Services at the International Institute of technology. Throughout my studies and on the job experience I have developed the expertise to help common Australians meet their financial goal and objectives.

I have a keen interest in helping everyday Australians understand their superannuation and how it can best help them in retirement. This interest led me to starting up my own company, Avidity Wealth Management in 2013. I have recently merged this business with Bluebridge Financial Advisory in late 2022.

I commenced working in the Financial Services Industry in 1990 and I have held positions ranging from Branch Manager, Lending Manager, Private Client Adviser and Senior Financial Planner with major banking organizations.

I started my own Financial Planning company in 2009, Bluebridge Financial Advisory and have recently merged with Avidity Wealth Management.

At Avidity Wealth Management we help everyday people take control of their finances, give them clarity around their financial future, find opportunities to better their position and give them peace of mind.

As a Director and Practice Manager at Avidity Wealth Management I oversee the Operations, Compliance, Staff Development and assist in running a successful business.

Mary D’Souza

Customer Relations Officer and Administration Assistant

I began working as a Legal Assistant in a local law firm in 2016. Within this role I discovered my passion for administration work and customer service. While continuing my Legal Assistant work, I went on to study and completed a Certificate IV in Business Administration. Soon after completion of this qualification I began working with Callum and Dale at Avidity Wealth Management as a Customer Relations Officer and Administration Assistant.

In my role here at Avidity Wealth Management I enjoy making connections with people and strive to always provide the best customer service I can.
